We decided rather last minute to finally get a permanent fence installed and do a little updating to the already installed chain link fence. We did our due diligence and asked various companies for quotes. Rob impressed us the most and made our decision easy. He is a professional that immediately makes you feel at ease. He walked us through the plan of action and quickly followed up with a detailed plan on paper. We were confident the job would be done right. And it was. The crew did their job in very cold weather. The sales manager, Rob, walked us through the options and helped us review the obstacles before we got started. We had a rocky terrain with several trees, making the project challenging. The crew leader, Ed, and his team were all amazing, as they relentlessly obliterated every obstacle, and worked their magic with the rough terrain. Despite it all, everyone remained professional and in good spirits, and even finished earlier than expected. Three cheers (and five stars) for Valley Fence.

We had a fence installed in our backyard over the summer. We reached out for a couple of quotes, and found John to be the most engaged and helpful of our options. He measured our yard, let us choose the type of fence and posts, and provided an accurate quote (compared to the final price). We decided to go with Valley Fence due to this great initial experience. We did have to wait around 2 months until installation, which we were expecting. The crew that installed the fence was respectful of our property and friendly on the few occasions we were also in the yard at the same time. The project was completed in a timely manner. The final product looks fantastic and our dogs are very happy to be able to run free in the yard.

I was very happy with this entire project, turning a neighborhood eyesore into a showpiece. John laid out all the options at the start of the project, and I went with the high-end model. The installation crew was friendly and did a great job dealing with existing roots and vines along the old fence line to keep the new fence straight and level. Now as I put the finishing touches on the landscaping around the fence, drivers screech to a halt to tell me how much they love the new fence. Good fences do indeed make good neighbors.
